2010 SPRING Teacher Candidate Internship Orientation Meeting attendance is required.  NOTE: This Orientation Meeting will take place during two days of schedule as follows:
For Hampton Roads/On-campus students, Wednesday, January 6, 2010, 8:30 am - 4:45 pm and Thursday, January 7, 2010, 8:30 am - 1:00 pm, in the Hampton/Newport News Room, Webb University Center.
For Distance Learning Students, outside of the Hampton Roads area, the Orientation Meeting will be televised to the ODU TTN Site at your local community college or Higher Education Center on Wednesday, January 6, 2010, from 5:00 to 8:00 pm, 20109, and on Thursday, January 7, 2010 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm.  Please notify your site director that you will be attending.

2009 FALL Teacher Candidate Internship Orientation Meeting attendance is required:
For Hampton Roads area and On-campus students, Thursday, August 20, 2009, 8:30 AM -- 12:30 PM, Hampton/Newport News Room, Webb University Center.
For Distance Learning students, outside of the Hampton Roads area, the Orientation Meeting will be broadcast on Thursday, August 20, 4:00 - 5:45 PM to the ODU higher education centers and distance learning sites at your local community college.  Please notify your site director that you will be attending.

DEADLINE for Spring 2010 Teacher Candidate Internship Application placement for Northern Virginia (Fairfax and Louden Counties) is August 15, 2009. Download and complete the Application Packet for Distance Learning teacher candidates, then, schedule an appointment with your site director.  If you are an on-campus student who plans to compelte the teacher candidate internship outside of the Hampton Roads are, make an appointment with your on-campus advisor..    and September 15 for On-Campus, Hampton Roads area and September 15 for On-campus/Hampton Roads area/Other Sites

DEADLINE for Fall 2009 Teacher Candidate Internship Application placement for Northern Virginia (Fairfax and Louden Counties) is March 15, 2008.  Download and complete the appropriate packet (Distance Learning or On-Campus/Hampton Roads Area) Application Packet, then schedule an appointment with your advisor on-campus or site director.

There will be a one-week VCLA computer-based testing blackout form March 16-22, 2009.  VCLA computer-based testing will not be available during that week due to an upgrade in the testing platform.  VCLA computer-based testing will resume on March 23, 2009.  For VCLA computer-based testing go to:  http://www.va.nesinc.com/
