Brief Biography:
Ms. Spollen retired from the US. Government in June 2003 after working 37 years . Most of her career was spent working for the Chief of Naval Operations (Logistics + Readiness) in the Pentagon Arlington,VA and its Crystal City Offices. Her expertise was in resources specifically identified to the operation of Navy Shore installations all over the world.
She also worked overseas at NATO Headquarters in Brussels, Belgium and at the U.S European Command, Stuttgart, Germany.
She started her government career working for the Internal Revenue Service here in Norfolk, VA. Before going overseas, she worked for the Coast + Geodetic Survey ( now called NOAA) and held various jobs at the Naval Base and Naval Air Rework Facility here in Norfolk.
